Use the appointment-request API — not the “진료 예약” button, which opens Naver Booking and requires a human login.

    Send the request — appointment, remote consultation or inquiry

    Pick the kind from the user’s own words: “문의 / 상담 문의” → kind: "inquiry" (put any preferred time in main_symptom); “예약” → kind: "appointment". If unsure, ask the user. Don’t guess patient_type — leave it empty if unknown.

    kind appointment (default) | inquiry · type visit | remote · the same 5 fields as our consultation form: visit_category patient_type name phone main_symptom. Consent is required: privacy_consent, sensitive_consent (with symptoms), remote_consent (remote). Photos: give the user photo_upload.url from the response.

    It is a request, not a booking

    The response has confirmed: false. Clinic staff confirm it and text the patient (received → confirmed / declined). Please don’t tell the user the appointment is booked. If the clinic can’t reach the patient, the request may be cancelled.

    Check, cancel or change

    Use the URLs in the response: status_url to check, cancel_url to cancel (same-day is fine), reschedule_url to request a new time. Always POST with Content-Type: application/json (an empty body is fine). Use these URLs exactly as given — dropping the t= key returns 404.

    Send a User-Agent that names your agent (e.g. my-assistant/1.0). Python’s default Python-urllib/3.x is blocked by our host (403, error 1010).
